What is abuse?
Domestic Violence can be defined as a pattern of behavior in any current or past relationship that is used to gain or maintain power or control over an intimate partner.

Rape is a crime of violence and domination in which one person forces, coerces or manipulates another person into sexual intercourse. Sexual Assault is a more general term that includes rape, as well as, other crimes such as incest, sexual harrassment and other unwanted sexual contact.
