Our Misson

The YWCA of Northwest Georgia is dedicated to a community free of domestic violence and sexual assault.

More

The YWCA of Northwest Georgia built the first domestic violence shelter in the state of Georgia in 1978. Today, the YWCA provides the only safe haven from domestic violence and sexual assault for women and children in Cobb County. Whether you are victim of domestic violence or sexual assault or a community volunteer, we are here to serve you.
